I have been working on this piece over three years. it has two images in it that capture different moments of contention, fishing and catching. The couple are in a fairy circle getting engaged. The fisher man and the mermaid are maybe the past or alternate versions of the same people. This image leaves a lot to the interpretation of the viewer
